1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account and billing details you type into forms (name, email, phone, company, billing address).
Plan selection stored in your browser (localStorage) so checkout can show the correct retainer.
Collection records you enter in the Ledger (inventory, insurance, appraisals, storage, notices).
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected by hosting and analytics tools if enabled.

Card numbers entered on checkout are validated in your browser. This site does not operate a live payment processor and does not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve advisory services and the Ledger, to communicate about your engagement, to meet legal obligations, and to protect the security of the service. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who host the site or process email, with professional advisors, and when required by law. We may share collection records with insurers, lenders, or counsel when you instruct us to do so as part of an engagement.

5. Retention

We keep engagement files for as long as the relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or professional standards. Browser storage on your device can be cleared by you at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your Ledger credentials confidential.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing support@flamboyantfortune.com. You may also have rights under laws that apply to you (for example, CCPA or GDPR). We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

8. Cookies

The site may use essential cookies required to operate pages. If we use non-essential analytics cookies we will do so consistent with applicable law. You can control cookies in your browser.

9. Children

The services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. International transfers
