Appraisal coordination

Qualified appraisers scheduled by object type, with a calendar for updates as your holdings and the market move.

A black and white work on paper being appraised.

How the appraisal calendar works

We match each object class to a specialist who actually works that category: canvases, timepieces, automobiles, jewelry, wine, and other collectibles. Reports land in your collection file, not in a separate inbox.

Intake and object list

You send the inventory you have, however incomplete. We mark what can be appraised now and what still lacks photographs, serials, or location.

Specialist matching

A watch appraiser is not a canvas appraiser. We do not send the wrong specialist to save a trip.

Update cadence

New acquisitions, restorations, and market moves all age a report. We keep a calendar so insurance and estate files are not quoting a number that is years old.

What you receive

Reports, invoices, and a dated inventory line sit in one file. Valuations are specialist opinions, not guarantees of market value or future price.

File, not a spreadsheet

Each report is stored with the object line it belongs to, so insurance and estate counsel are not hunting attachments.

Used by insurance and estate work

Current appraisals are what carriers and executors ask for. An old PDF in email is not a book of record.

What this service is not

We do not appraise in-house, buy, sell, or take custody. We coordinate the specialists and keep the file.

What you can expect

One inventory line per object

You see what has a current report, what is due, and who wrote it.

Specialists by category

Art, watches, cars, jewelry, and wine are not sent to the same person out of convenience.

Intermediary, not custodian

Your objects stay with you. We orchestrate appraisers and keep the records.

No fabricated returns

We will not quote performance, AUM, or guaranteed values. Appraisals are opinions used for coverage and documentation.
